Cryptocoryne sivadasanii

Cryptocoryne sivadasanii is one of the rarest Cryptocoryne species in cultivation, originally described from Kerala, India, and known from only a limited number of wild localities. It produces slender, lanceolate green leaves with a smooth surface and is notable as one of the few Indian Crypt species available in the aquarium hobby. An exceptional rarity of significant interest to dedicated Crypt collectors.
Grow in soft to moderately hard water under low light. Plant in a nutrient-rich substrate with root tabs for best results. CO2 is not required. Growth is slow but reliable once established. Protect from disturbance and avoid frequent transplanting. Best suited to a species display or dedicated Crypt collection tank.
