Cryptocoryne undulata pot

Cryptocoryne undulata is a medium-sized Crypt with narrow brownish-green to reddish leaves featuring gently undulating margins that give the plant an elegant, flowing appearance. It is adaptable to a wide range of lighting and water conditions and grows more readily than many Crypts. A reliable and widely available species in Belgian and Dutch aquarium stores.

Plant in substrate and allow several weeks to establish. No CO2 or high lighting required. Tolerates both soft and moderately hard water. Some crypt melt after transplanting is normal. Pair with other Cryptocoryne species for a classic Nature Aquarium midground planting. Benefits from root tab fertilization.
