Hygrophila corymbosa
Origin: Southeast Asia
Hygrophila corymbosa 'Siamensis 53B' is a robust, fast-growing stem plant with large, broad leaves. One of the most adaptable aquarium plants, tolerating a wide range of water conditions. Under high light, the underside of the leaves develops a subtle purple-brown tint.
Low to high light (adapts to both). CO2 not required. pH 6.0–8.0, temperature 20–30°C. Plant in groups of 5+ stems in the midground or background. Trim regularly to maintain bushy growth and encourage side shoots. Root tabs or liquid fertilizer recommended.
