Ludwigia sp. Mini Super Red

Ludwigia sp. 'Mini Super Red' is the most intensely red of all Ludwigia cultivars — its leaves develop deep crimson colouration under good light, approaching near-black red under optimal conditions. Unlike the taller L. repens, it stays compact (8–15 cm) making it ideal for small and nano tanks as a midground accent. Grows steadily with CO2 and iron-rich fertiliser. A stunning focal point plant that is increasingly popular in competitive aquascaping.

Medium to high light essential for deep red colour. CO2 strongly recommended. Comprehensive fertiliser with iron. Temperature 20–28 °C. Trim regularly and replant tops for dense bushy growth. Groups of 5+ for maximum visual impact.
