Microsorum pteropus 'Crocodile' is aptly named for its distinctive bumpy, textured leaf surface that resembles crocodile skin, making it one of the most visually unique Java Fern cultivars. The deeply embossed fronds add extraordinary tactile and visual interest to aquascapes while being as hardy and low-maintenance as all other Java Fern variants.

Attach rhizome to driftwood or rock — never bury. Thrives under low to medium light without CO2. Slow-growing but durable. Apply liquid fertilizers occasionally. Propagates from plantlets on leaf edges.
