Myriophyllum tuberculatum Red

Myriophyllum tuberculatum is one of the most intensely red aquarium plants available. The feathery, fine-leaved structure turns a deep blood-red under bright light and CO2. Demanding but incredibly rewarding — creates spectacular red columns in competition aquascapes.

Very high light and CO2 required. pH 5.5–7.0, soft water preferred. High iron supplementation essential for red coloration. Plant in groups of 5–7 stems. Grows fast under good conditions — trim frequently. One of the top 'wow' plants for high-tech aquascapes.
