Nymphaea 'Attraction' (Red Water Lily)

Nymphaea 'Attraction' is one of the most popular red hardy water lilies in Dutch and Belgian pond culture, producing large, deep garnet-red blooms with white-tipped stamens that mature to a rich crimson over 3–4 days. A vigorous grower, it covers medium to large pond surfaces generously and blooms reliably from June through September under full sun. An excellent choice for Belgian garden ponds seeking reliable red summer colour.

Plant rhizome in an aquatic basket with heavy loam at 60–150 cm water depth in full sun. Feed monthly with aquatic fertilizer tablets during the growing season (April–September). Divide root mass every 3–4 years to maintain flowering vigour. Remove spent flowers and old leaves regularly.
