Rotala sp. 'H'ra'
Origin: Southeast Asia (origin uncertain)
Rotala sp. 'H'ra' is a popular narrow-leaved Rotala variant with stunning orange-pink coloration under high light and CO2. More intensely colored than Rotala rotundifolia. The fine-leaved texture creates delicate, feathery backgrounds in aquascape compositions.
High light and CO2 required for best orange coloration. pH 6.0–7.0. Plant in groups of 7+ stems. Trim regularly. Low light or no CO2 will produce greenish leaves with poor form. One of the more demanding red stem plants.
