About
Rotala indica (Rotala rotundifolia) is one of the most adaptable pink stem plants. In high light it turns brilliant red-orange; in lower light it stays green-pink. Easy to grow and propagate by simply planting cuttings. A classic in the planted tank hobby.

Medium to high light for red colour. CO2 beneficial. Temperature 22–28°C, pH 6.0–7.5. Plant stems in groups. Trim and replant tops for bushy effect. Feed with comprehensive fertiliser.
