Rotala wallichii Pink Tissue Culture

Rotala wallichii 'Pink' is a delicate, fine-leaved stem plant with narrow, needle-like whorled leaves. Under high light and CO2 the upper portions develop vivid pink to purple hues. It is a relatively fast grower that creates a feathery, soft texture in the midground or background. It requires regular trimming to prevent shading lower portions. Tissue culture specimens are pest-free and quarantine-safe.

Light: high. CO2 injection required for pink colouration. Soft, slightly acidic water. Trim regularly to maintain bushy form. Temperature: 22–28°C. TC: pest-free.
