About
The bumble bee nerite is a petite and charming freshwater snail with vivid alternating yellow and black banding around its rounded shell, closely resembling the colouration of a bumble bee. Native to Southeast Asia, it is a dedicated grazer of soft algae and biofilm, perfectly sized for nano aquariums and shrimp tanks. Its bright patterning adds a cheerful pop of colour to small aquascapes.
